Birth Surrendered is a four week, in-person, comprehensive childbirth course geared toward mothers who want to experience empowerment through surrender. These classes will prepare you to labor confidently, whether you plan to birth your baby in a hospital, birth center, or at home.
Each class will be hosted in my home from 7-9pm on Thursday nights, and provided virtually online via Zoom. Recordings and resources will be emailed on Saturdays.
WEEK 1 CULTIVATING TRUST IN BIRTH:
the design of physiological birth + the proven process to release fear
WEEK 2 EVIDENCE, INTUITION, & AUTONOMY:
understanding your biases, making informed decisions + advocating for your birth
WEEK 3 OPTIONS, INTERVENTIONS, & COPING:
knowledge is empowering: informed decision making
WEEK 4 PRACTICAL PREPARATION:
labor, postpartum + breastfeeding preparation and support
Registration for this class provides printed and digital class materials, access to a private facebook group where you can receive personalized support even after the class has ended.
The price of this course is $300, or $200 for my doula clients (ask for your special code!). All fees are non-refundable.
