Birth Surrendered: Comprehensive Childbirth Education

Birth Surrendered is a four week, in-person, comprehensive childbirth course geared toward mothers who want to experience empowerment through surrender. These classes will prepare you to labor confidently, whether you plan to birth your baby in a hospital, birth center, or at home.

Each class will be hosted in my home from 7-9pm once each week, and provided virtually online via Zoom. Recordings and resources will be emailed on Saturdays.

WEEK 1 CULTIVATING TRUST IN BIRTH:

the design of physiological birth + the proven process to release fear

WEEK 2 EVIDENCE, INTUITION, & AUTONOMY:

understanding your biases, making informed decisions + advocating for your birth

WEEK 3 OPTIONS, INTERVENTIONS, & COPING:

knowledge is empowering: informed decision making

WEEK 4 OPTIONS, INTERVENTIONS, & COPING CON’T:

birth planning, postpartum support, breastfeeding preparation,a re now included as video lessons!

Registration for this class provides printed and digital class materials.
